The most effective are facial rejuvenating cosmetic procedures that use masks and cosmetic ice from dandelions.

  1. Anti-aging mask. To prepare this mask you need to take 5 ml of dandelion juice, 1 avocado, 5 g of starch. Make a puree of avocado, then mix all the ingredients. Apply the resulting mass on a pre-cooked face, leave for 30 minutes and then rinse with cool water. The mask on the face can be applied 2 times a week. After a few uses the deep and small folds on the skin noticeably smooth and the facial relief becomes more elastic.
  2. Cosmetic ice. To prepare this product you need: 10-15 ml of dandelion juice, 50 ml of distilled water, 5 ml of hazelnut oil. All the ingredients should be mixed together, put in molds and send in the freezer. You should clean the face with ready-made cubes, it is desirable to do it in the evening, the facial skin should be cleaned from make-up first. The procedure should be performed in 10-day sessions, and the course of treatment should not exceed 3 times a year.

Rosemary

Rosemary can reverse any lifting because it contains the HSP70 protein, which can slow down the aging process at the cellular level. In addition, the plant contains tannins, fatty acids, vitamins and trace elements that can heal and rejuvenate facial skin.

Most often, rosemary is used as an essential oil, which you can buy in beauty shops and pharmacies. To make cosmetics at home, the plant itself must be grown, as in its natural form it is very rarely found on the shelves of shops and pharmacies.

  1. Rejuvenating mask. To prepare the mask, half a banana should be ground into a puree, then add 50 ml of avocado oil and rosemary infusion or decoction. The amount of decoction or infusion should be calculated, taking into account that the finished mask should look like a thick sour cream. The product can be applied on the face 2-3 times a week, after which the skin becomes more elastic, wrinkles are smoothed.
  2. Decoction. To prepare the decoction you need to take 20 g of dry rosemary leaf, pour 200 ml of boiling water and soak in a water bath for 15-20 minutes. The finished broth should be filtered before use. Take 50 ml 2 times a day.
  3. Infusion. The drug is made from 50 g of the leaf of the plant, which should pour a glass of boiling water and boil for 3-4 hours, it is recommended to do it in a thermos or wrap a container with infusion in something. Warm. The infusion should be filtered after the allotted time.

Chamomile

Chamomile contains a lot of vitamins, trace elements and valuable organic acids for the body. The most effective result in cosmetology can be achieved by using chamomile decoction and infusions.

  1. Decoction. To prepare the product it is necessary to dry chamomile flower - 25 grams pour a glass of warm boiled water and place in a water bath for half an hour. The finished broth should be filtered and diluted with boiled water if necessary. A means of cleansing the skin of the face and décolleté. Wrinkles on the face are significantly reduced and smoothed after application.
  2. Infusion. To prepare the chamomile infusion you need one tablespoon of dried and crushed plant pour a glass of boiling water and leave for half an hour. The finished product should be filtered and, as in the previous recipe, thus cleansed facial skin.

Salbi

The use of sage for cosmetic purposes will help to cleanse the facial skin and maintain youth for a long time. The plant contains anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic substances, which is why sage is so widely used in cosmetology.

  1. Infusion for the face. The finished sage infusion can be used as a lotion or tonic, as well as in the form of facial compresses and lotions. To prepare the sage infusion, pour 3 tablespoons of dry raw material into a glass of boiling water and insist in a thermos for 2 hours. The resulting infusion should be cooled, filtered, refrigerated and used as needed. From this infusion you can make cosmetic cubes - pour into molds and put in the freezer, in the morning and evening to clean the face.
  2. Decoction. Sage extract effectively acts on facial skin, rejuvenates and tones it. To prepare it, you need to pour three tablespoons of sage into boiling water and leave it for another 15 minutes. The resulting product should be cooled, squeezed and washed with it once a day.
